5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. The hotel has designated smoking areas. The fee for smoking in the room is PLN 500, which will be collected during your stay or upon departure.

12. Upon check-in, the reception will ask you to present your ID.

If you are staying at the property with children, please remember that the property is legally obligated to apply standards for the protection of minors, establish the identity of minors, and determine their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying. Completing the appropriate data on the registration form is the responsibility of those checking in with children.
14. In accordance with Polish law, TO RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE FOR A COMPANY, you must immediately
submit your company details, including your Tax Identification Number (NIP), and an email address
to which the invoice will be sent after your stay within 24 hours of making your reservation.
Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice for your company; a personal invoice will be issued.
